Who we are
The Crafted Code is Andrea and Jorge, a product studio in London, United Kingdom. Write to hello@thecraftedcode.com about anything on this page.
When you start a conversation
We keep what you send us: where you’re starting from, your message, your name and email, the language of the page, the time, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_ values). We use it only to reply to you and to talk about working together.
It is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). The website can add a message, but nobody can read it back from the website.
When you sign up for the Notebook
We keep your email, the language and page you signed up from, and the time, and use them only to send you new Notebook pages. Every email lets you unsubscribe, or write to us and we’ll remove you.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, only if you accept cookies. Until then nothing is measured and no analytics cookies are set. Advertising features stay off either way.
Your choice is saved in your browser so we don’t ask again. Change it any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us and we’ll answer within a month. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
