Building the wrong thing well is the most expensive mistake in product. Discovery makes sure you build the right one, and we build it with you.
Start a conversationProduct discovery
Meet the people, test concepts, find a direction. It can lead to a physical product, a service or something digital.
- Talk to the people it affects
- Test concepts, not guesses
- Leave with a direction and the evidence
e-Candle began as a discovery question at an airport refill station. Read the e-Candle story
Digital product creation
Websites, apps, games. We help you make the calls, not just ship the screens.
- Decide what to build first, and why
- Design and build it with care
- Launch, listen, improve

Questions people ask first
Do we have to start with discovery?
No. If you already know what to make, we can start at the build. If you’re not sure yet, discovery is the faster way to find out.
Is product discovery only for apps and websites?
No. Discovery can lead to a physical product, a service or a digital experience. We only build when digital is the right answer.
Who will I work with?
Both of us, directly. Andrea leads discovery, consumer understanding, UX and product direction; Jorge leads digital implementation and is part of the thinking from the start.
Where are you based?
In London, United Kingdom. We’re happy to meet in person in London, and we work with people anywhere over a call.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Bring the question you can’t answer yet.
That’s usually where the product is.
