Do I need a brief?

No. Most good projects start as a question. Tell us what you’ve noticed and who it affects; working out the rest is part of what we do together.

Is product discovery only for apps and websites?

No. Discovery can lead to a physical product, a service or a digital experience.

Who will I work with?

Both of us, directly. Andrea leads discovery, consumer understanding, UX and product direction; Jorge leads digital implementation and is part of the thinking from the start.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what we do together, so we don’t publish prices. After a first conversation we send a written proposal with the scope, timing and cost, before you commit to anything.
